On the OSCAR login prompt, there is no 'forgot password' button, nor is there any reset button or jumper on the inside or outside of the device. I'm willing to try anything that might help making this device usable again. Older KVMs that do not have the password reset option cannot be reset. The unit will need to be replaced if you do not know the password. It can only be reset by the manufacturer. The forgot password option was added later to avoid unit replacement.
