Albuquerque Christian School is a faith based, PK3 through 8th grade school seeking substitute teachers who are passionate about working with children and their families. Substitute Teachers perform the instructional and classroom management processes for teachers who are absent for a day or longer periods of time.

Ram Club is our before and after care program at Albuquerque Christian School. Ram Club attendants must meet all qualifications set forth in the regulations governing child care centers. The qualified applicant must be 18 years of age. Completion or willingness to complete the NM hour class is also required. Duties: 1. Monitor activities of children at all times. Expected to work when scheduled; changes are to be arranged with the Ram Club lead. Associates Degree or completion of a medical vocational program preferred.

Plan to be on your toes at all times. You use your mind constantly. You apply your "core" skills to monitor patients before, during and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, patient observations.

After completing a paid training program, you will present fun, hands on after school programs for elementary-aged children. Build a working relationship with school day teachers and work to extend the regular school day in the after school program. High school or equivalent Preferred. Support the planning and organization of after school activities and programming. Knowledge of independent school culture and functioning.
